I'm looking for a roommate to join my lease starting May 1. It is a 2-bedroom apartment and you would be taking the small room for $1325 monthly (includes water and heat, but not electricity).

The room is furnished with a twin bed and a 2-drawer nightstand. You would have your own bathroom.

There is a stove-oven unit, a dishwasher and a fridge in the apartment. There is a pay-per-use landry machine and dryer on each floor of the building.

The building is pet-friendly but pets must be approved by the landlord first and a pet deposit must be paid. The lease does not currently include a parking space (I can inquire with the landlord if there is still parking available and confirm the price should you require it).
