Hi everyone! I’m a professional with a stable office job looking for a quiet, comfortable place to share with one person.  

Preferred location: Old Town or anywhere between Old Town and Downtown (within a 20–25 minute walk to downtown). I walk to work every morning, so proximity is important.  

About me:
• Respectful, responsible, and easygoing
• Non-smoker, no addictions
• Sensitive to smoke, heavy noise, and strong fragrances — so a clean, calm home environment is essential
• I don’t drive (no parking space required)
• I have a bike and 3–4 small indoor plants 
• I enjoy walking and hiking in my free time  

I don’t have furniture, so a furnished room would be ideal. Ready to move in by the end of March.
