Unfurnished bedroom with (mostly) private bathroom available September 1 in a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house. Shared with two other respectful housemates and one friendly dog.

Monthly rent: $1500. All utilities (power, hydro, heat) and internet included. We also have a house cleaner who cleans the house every other week. Room is available September 1. Kitchen, common areas including back yard will be shared. In-suite laundry.

House is conveniently located in mid-town, near the pool – 15 minute walk to downtown.

We are looking for someone responsible, quiet, clean, and tidy.
