We’re a local Yellowknife family looking for a new place to call home.

While we’re open to all neighbourhoods, our work and close-knit community are in the downtown and Old Town area, so we’re especially interested in that part of town.

We’re looking for:

• Preferably less than 2000 sq ft
• 2+ bedrooms
• Basement suite or equivalent with 1+ bedrooms
• We're flexible with closing date. 

We know selling a house isn’t always the most enjoyable process, so we’re putting ourselves out there in hopes of making it a little easier.
