Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time Driving Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both in-vehicle and in-class driver training, ensuring students develop safe driving habits and understand the rules of the road.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, patient, and engaging driving instruction to students.

• Conduct in-vehicle training sessions following DME Driving School curriculum and safety standards.

• Prepare students for road tests and ensure they understand defensive driving techniques.

• Maintain student progress reports and training records.

• Ensure the safety of all students during driving sessions.

• Communicate effectively with students and parents (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Driving Instructor Certification as per NWT regulations (assistance may be provided).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience and ability to work with new and nervous drivers.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.

• Must be reliable, professional, and safety-focused.
