The house is located in the downtown area ( 15 minutes walking to the city center and also from the nearest grocery) , the room is furnished with a queen bed, desk and closet.

Must be employed, tidy, respectful and drama free. No cigarette and vaping, no pets and no drugs.

We need a quiet person. The environment is silent and good for people who like reading and writing. The room swits well for someone respectful. Fit for a a male who likes to live in a clean environment.

Parking spot can be available on the street and all utilities are included except the phone and the food.
