- I fix insulation under your trailer in your floor system if your floor is to cold or if you have a frozen or broken waterline. I'll get ahold of a plumber to fix the broken waterline and fix your insulation in the floor ( belly bag repair ). I can also do the repairs cheaper than your deductible on your home insurance. That's a fact in most cases unless you have a super huge major blowout. In most cases there small repairs way under your deductible.

- I also do double belly bags in super old trailers that are freezing cold. I charge by the lineal foot. 

- I also re - insulate waterlines or sewer pipes when they freeze up. I charge by the hour.

- I also fix doors that weren't installed properly while the trailer was unlevel and you can't lock it cus it's misaligned.

- I also level trailers, do new blocking ect...

- I also do anything pertaining to Carpentry as I have 15-20 years experience. I specialize in Concrete foundations off any kind of bedrock.
