I ended up getting a 4-door Ram3500 dually with a dumpbody , but the Ford has tow package and a spare one to be bolted on when needed ,spare side mirrors . It runs good as it should, A tool chest, tidy tank, spare tire goes with the truck. Engine, Transfer case , transmission, rear axle  , exhaust stacks, extra leaf springs, all been swapped out and changed from the previous owner. And when I got it I got the front end done , and changed out the front driver hub , and changed the belt tensioner .
