The house is located in the downtown area ( 7 minutes walking to the city center) , the room is furnished with a queen bed, desk and closet.

Must be employed, tidy, respectful and drama free.

The house is smoke, pet and drugs free.

Parking spot available and all utilities are included except the phone. 

Bonus: bus stop within three meters away( 9ft).
