Preferably single occupancy but I can consider couples too. Apartment is shared with 2 adults, each with his own room. The bathroom is shared with another roommate. Looking for a young male or female, working professional (must provide proof of employment) who pays rent on time, the 1st of each month.

The apartment is on the second floor of the building. It’s drama free, non alcoholic, non smoking, non vaping, no drugs, no party and unfortunately no pet. Must be organized and clean. The apartment is furnished, and each room comes with a closet and queen/double size bed. Price is all inclusive including power, unlimited WiFi. water, heat.

Close to downtown, Sir John Franklin High School, Canada Post, YK Centre Mall, TD Canada Trust, Tim Hortons, A&W.
